Refund policy

We offer a hassle-free return policy if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. Please ensure that the item is returned to us in its original packaging, unused and in its original condition.

Please assure products are packed properly to prevent any damage during shipping. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure it is in good condition, and if everything checks out, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We also recommend that you use a trackable shipping service to ensure that your package reaches us safely. Epic Toy Chest is not responsible for return packages that are not received at our office.
